Shipping

We prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days after placing it and ship it immediately when it is ready. Shipping duration varies per country. However, you can track your order via the tracking information we send to your email as soon as it is shipped.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. Hence, we accept returns of items within 30 days after they are delivered to you. However, note that only items in good and unused condition with original tags and packaging will be accepted. Reach out to our customer service for any issues with product returns, and we will ensure a smooth process, be it replacing the item or refunds.

Exchanges 

We currently don’t offer product exchanges. However, to ensure you have the best experience with us, you can return the product and place a new order for your desired item, which will be delivered to you. Refunds

We offer product refunds when necessary, and payments will be made to the original payment method used to place the order. We will refund within 7 to 10 business days after the refund is initiated and the product is perused. However, note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
